Hab mal etwas mit verschiedenen Dateiformaten getestet, 3D MKV läuft, aber der Oppo
erkennt nicht automatisch das es sich um einen 3D-Film handelt.

Wie bekommt man das hin ?

3D Taste auf der Fernbedienung und Format einstellen !!!

Meine das automatische Abspielen in 3D, ohne das vorher noch eine Taste gedrückt werden muss.

Das macht er bei mir nur mit eingelegter Original Blu Ray, nicht bei mkv,s!

lese des Öfteren, dass der 103EU über HDMI 2 schärfer ist. Trifft das wirklich zu,oder besser gesagt trifft es auch beim 103D zu?

Warum sollte das so sein ?

Laut Infos von diversen Seiten sollte der HDMI1 "besser" sein. Angeblich werden nur am 1er Ausgangs sämtliche Bildverbesserer, etc. angewendet, der 2er muss mit weniger auskommen.

Mehr weiß ich dazu aber auch nicht!

Werksreset muss man nach dem Update machen.

USB oder Netzwerk ist egal, hab beides ohne Problem schon gemacht.

JA, ist schon eine Weile her. Ich installiere im Allgemeinen ziemlich schnell neue (Beta-)Firmware.
Das hat bei mir bisher nicht zu Problemen geführt. Aber ich resette auch immer die Werkeinstellungen NACH der Installation.

Es handelt sich hier um eine Beta-Firmware. Die kann man nicht vom Netwerk installieren. Entweder per USB oder per CD.
Wie und was man machen soll steht auf der Amerikanischen Webseite:

Aber die zu installieren Beta-Firmware muss die Europäische sein und die steht auf dieser Seite

Nee, anders herum - erst Update und dann Reset!
Inzwischen kann man aber auch die Einstellungen auf USB sichern und nach dem Reset wiederherstellen

HDMI1 soll etwas unschärfer sein weil dort ein gewisser Rauschfilter nicht abschaltbar ist...allerdings hat sich das m.E. über die Versionen geändert und ich persönlich bevorzuge inzwischen den mit QDEO optimierten HDMI1-Ausgang. In deinem Falle kommt eh nur HDMI1 in Frage, denn nur dort wird der Darbee-Prozessor angewandt!

Wo soll die 3D Taste auf der FB sein ?

Nicht die FB vom Player sondern vom Beamer oder TV

Does the player convert Side-by-Side and Top-Bottom formatted MKV into 3D?

Yes. During the playback of a compatible MKV, press the 3D button on the remote once to turn on the "2D->3D" conversion then press the 3D button again to display the "3D Setting" menu. Select "Side-by-Side" or "Top-Bottom" to match the source to convert the image to 3D.



Die 3D Taste hat nur die Version ohne Darbee.

The remote was only slightly tweaked. There's now a red ring around the Home button, the largely unused "3D' button has been switched to the dimmer control, and the location previously occupied by the Dimmer button is now allocated to the Darbee Visual Presence settings.

Die Taste ziehe ich mir einfach auf meine Logitech FB, dann ist sie wieder da.

Da du ja Darbee on Board hast ist die 3 D Taste nicht vorhanden...aber frag mich nicht wo Sie jetzt ist:

Comparing to the previous Public Beta release version BDP10XEU-68-1225B, the major changes included in this version are:

1. Resolved an issue with the beginning of DVD-A discs being clipped or muted at the beginning of tracks.

2. Resolved an audio dropout issue occurring with "Monsters University (BD, 2013)", related to its Dolby TrueHD 5.1 and 7.1 audio tracks when the player's HDMI Audio Format was set to Bitstream. We worked with Dolby and our decoder chip maker to address this type of audio dropouts.

3. Resolved an issue with Gapless Playback with several customer-encoded WAV files. It was caused by an additional “List” information segment presented in the WAV file Header, and we have added support for this segment so that Gapless Playback now functions properly with these files.

4. Resolved an issue where a brief static noise could be heard when streaming music from a computer running Mac OS X to the BDP-105's USB DAC input. It could happen when the music stream was paused for a few seconds and then resumed, and it could be heard through the analogue audio outputs, including the 7.1, Stereo, and Headphone outputs. We improved the audio muting logic and have eliminated this static noise.

5. Resolved an issue where a brief static noise could be heard when playing SACD discs in DSD mode on the BDP-105. This burst of noise was audible at the beginning of a track or when switching to the next track. It could be heard through the analogue audio outputs, including the 7.1 and Stereo ports. We improved the audio muting logic and have eliminated this static noise.

6. Resolved a compatibility issue between BDP-103/105's HDMI 1 Output to the McIntosh MX150/151 AV Processors. Users reported no audio when using this combination, so we added special instructions for these A/V processors in the HDMI handshake process. We highly recommend that you contact McIntosh Technical Support to upgrade your MX150/151 firmware to the latest version.

7. Added Gapless Playback support for FLAC files.

8. Added 24 Hz support for customer-encoded video files in 480P24 and 720P24 formats. The original frame rate can be preserved when upscaling the content to 1080p, e.g., when Resolution is set to 1080P, the 720P23.976 content is output as 1080P23.976, and 720P24 is output as 1080P24. Previously, these formats were frame-rate converted to 60 Hz.

9. Added an "INSTANT REPLAY" function to video playback. If the customer presses the AB REPLAY button twice (two presses within 1 second), video playback will be automatically rewound 10 seconds.

10. Added support for playing CUE files and DSD64 files (.DFF and .DSF) over DLNA. The DLNA server must support these formats as well. A new version of oShare DLNA server that provides these functions is available now, and can be downloaded here: sourceforge.net/projects/oshare/

Once this Public Beta firmware is installed on the player, you can revert back to the previous Official release via a USB thumb drive. There will be no issues upgrading to any future official or beta firmware release.

nö. Hab mir die gleiche Konstellation zeigen lassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir bestätigt, das der Darbee-Prozessor in Verbindung mit dem HW55 wegen der Reality Creation eher verschlimmbessert. Der normale Oppo ohne Darbee reicht da völlig.

Nun ist es zu spät, aber man kann ja Reality Creation am Sony auch deaktivieren.

bis jetzt ging bei meinem Oppo 103 EU abspielen von SACD mit der Einstellung DSD im Setup. Multikanal kein Problem.

Jetzt habe ich wieder mal eine SACD eingelegt und siehe da - jetzt geht es mit der Einstellung DSD nicht mehr ! Kein Ton kommt raus.

Wenn ich auf Auto, bzw. PCM stelle geht es. Anzeige am Oppo ist PCM MCH

Es gab in letzter Zeit ein Firmware-Update von Oppo.

Einer eine Idee warum das jetzt nicht mehr mit DSD Einstellung geht?

ich hab' zwar den Oppo nicht, aber irgendwo gelesen, dass mit dem letzten Firmware-Update die Unterstützung für SACD aufgrund lizenrechtlicher Probleme eingestellt wurde.
Du kannst also wenn du dieses Firmwareupdate installiert hast keine SACD's mehr abspielen, ebenso wenig geht es, auf die frühere Firmwar-Version zurück zu gehen.

habe das Problem jetzt selber nach Recherche und Lesen der Bedienungsanleitung geortet.

Lt. Bedienungsanleitung gibt es DSD nur am HDMI 2 -Ausgang und nicht an HDMI. Ha b ich ausprobiert bei HDMI Kabel an OUT 2 kommt DSD -Signal an meinen Yamaha. Das ist aber wohl für das Bild nicht der Beste Ausgang? Muss ich halt umstecken oder evtl. zweites HDMI-Kabel an Receiver anstecken und andere Prios bei Eingang wählen.

Ich habe aber bisher mit der Einstellung DSD immer meine SACD's hören können.

Da muss was geändert worden sein seitens Oppo mit dem letzten Update.

Ich recherchiere das mal mit OPPO.

Aber SACD spielt er weiterhin ab!!

in den „major changes“ bezüglich Update steht nichts von deinen beschriebenen Änderungen. Oder hab ich da was überlesen? Hmm...
Was Ernie gelesen hat, bezieht sich auf die Fähigkeit SACD-R (Disc)abzuspielen. Wenn SACD und DVD-Audio (original Disc) eingestampft werden würden, ist das schlicht sein Todesurteil!

Der Gedanke, dass sie diese Features aufgeben, ist aber auch absurd denke ich.

ich bin ja nur ein interessierter Leser hier auf der OppoSeite, aber ich verstehe nicht, warum man nicht wieder downgraden kann.
Ist das generell verboten? Früher ( bei Oppo und bei Toshiba/HD DVD) bestand doch diese Möglichkeit!

Wenn SACD eingeschränkt wird, verliert der Oppo viel von seiner Atraktivität.
Jedenfalls für mich!
